I hate eBay. I mean, I love it, but that's why I hate it. It totally sucks your money in. I'm bidding on this Apple Newton, which I really want, but now it's starting to get out of my price range. So do I bid or not? There comes a point of no return where it's too late and you have to outbid the other person. Of course then you blow a few hundred dollars when you're really trying to save up for something bigger and always complain that you can't save any money. Hmmm...I wonder why? Ebay: Destroyer of Dreams Everywhere.

Monday - July 6, 1999
Back to work it is. After a long weekend in Door County, I don't know if I'm ready for work. Though I actually do want to play on the computer a bit. DC was fun. Tons of tourists, tons of cops, tons of money spent. It was good seeing the guys again and hanging out at the Abbey. I just wish I took more pictures.

Ooooooh baby. It's Friday, it's the 4th of July weekend, and I'm going home. WOOHOO!!! I can't wait. I need to get out of this city. One problem though...the CD player in my car doesn't work. Shiii.....t.

Friday, thank god. This week has just been too much for me. I need time to relax and unwind. I'm hoping to take some time to get a new episode of vitaflo up. Though I'm not sure if that'll actually happen. I'm overdue, but designed out.
Wednesday - June 23, 1999
Work sucks. Too much to do, and I'm just drained of creative ideas. Well, at least corporate ones. I have ideas for vitaflo, but since all my time is spent at work, the last thing I want to do is update this site. Though I'm hoping to get a new episode out soon enough. I just need a vacation.
Monday - June 21, 1999
So last night I was a nerd and watched "Pirates of Silicon Valley" on TNT. It was pretty good. It was basically the story of Steve Jobs (Apple) and Bill Gates (Microsoft). It was interresting seeing the progress through the early days, even if some if the facts were a little off. abcnews.com has a poll today on who people like better, Gates or Jobs. So far it's a statistical dead heat. Go figure. They're both insanely great marketing machines who happen to be total pricks. But of course I voted for Jobs. ;)
