Rant mode:

I'm so sick of the RIAA and their bullshit. Now while I agree that artists should be paid for their work, these fuckjobs have nobody's interest in mind but their own pocketbooks. I'm sure you've all heard they sued a 12 year old girl, who's single mother, who lives in Govn't housing settled and paid $2000 to the RIAA. No offense, but give me a fucking break.

The girl thought it was ok because they paid for Kazaa. While I know that ignorance of the law does not mean you can do illegal things, SHE'S 12!!!! She lives in the projects, they're lucky to even have a fucking computer, what makes you think they can afford $2k? I mean it's obvious they're trying to be honest, they paid for Kazaa! Who even does that much? And what happens to this money? You know goddamn well no artists will see a dime of it.

I just can't support the major labels anymore. I know there are groups on major label's that I'd like music for, but I find it very very hard for me to buy CD's from these bands. I'm fine w/ going to concerts, and I'd be fine if I could get a CD and give money directly to the artist, but there's no fucking way I'm giving any money to the RIAA, or any of those assholes ever again. Fuck them.

It's times like these I wish I believed in Hell, because they certianly deserve to rot in it.
