I was going to post something about the opinions people have on the war, both pro and con, but I'm not going to. Instead I will just say that none of us live in Iraq, none of us have had to go through what these people are going through, and very few of us have been through a war (as an attacker or an attackee).

It's easy to sit in our comfy chairs in a place that we can shout whatever we want and think we know everything. But we don't. The people of Iraq are the only ones who really know what's going on, and how it affects them. I think people should think more about how far removed they are from all of this, how they really don't, can't, understand this. Perhaps this would lead to a lot less bickering, fighting and mud slinging over here.
