Not much is new. I spent the entire weekend in the office working on the new version of vitaflo and ripping MP3's. Not the most exciting, but I got a lot of shit done. I have realized though that I need to do something a little different. I've been in this funk and I think I need a schedule or something. I'm not sure what really, but something has to change.
