Well, it's August 10 and it's the official launch date of vitaflo.com. Here on the journal page is where you'll find all sorts of crap I feel like writing about, updated on a day-to-day basis. But instead of wasting your time with useless jabber today, check out the rest of the site. As always, the site is a work in progress, and represents just a taste of more to come.
